Days getting shorter, nights longer

Don’t know what it is with me recently but I find it really really difficult to stay up as late as I used to sometimes and even more difficult to get up in the morning. Gone are the days when I could get by with about 5 or so hours sleep. Probably doesn’t help that I start work at 8am now and get the bus to work but I can’t imagine it would make it that bad.

I’ve tried intolerance testing on food to see if it was that but after avoiding the foods I’m not supposed to have for a month - I noticed no difference at all so that didn’t last much longer and just made life/shopping much more difficult.

If anyone has any bright ideas that I could try to decrease how much sleep I have to get so that I can cram more into my day then answers on a post card - or reply here :)

G33k5 can look gooooooood as well!

Hell yeah, for the 3rd year in a row UKFast have won best business host - previously known as best hosting provider. Currently were still at the marriot having a ‘few’ celebration drinks. Thanks to all that voted for us and see you here next year. T00t

*edit: Oooops, I put down the award used to be called best business ISP, obviously that was mis-spelt and supposed to be best hosting provider

Don’t ever become unfit

Because it’s so much harder to get back into it. That’s me after a 30 minute run last night, in fact that’s me after every run i’ve done for the past month! It’s not like i haven’t been training in the gym for the past year or played quite a lot of Racket sports but i’ve needed to increase my general level of fitness for a while and seeing as i hate doing cv in the gym i decided to take up street running on the days i don’t hit the gym. Question is, when does it get easier :-(
